Review/Development of H&S Documentation

We have successfully collaborated with Tier 1 contractors to plan and coordinate the closure of critical infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Our involvement has included the strategic development of shift patterns, phased construction sequencing, and efficient material handling and logistics planning. This integrated approach ensures that all closures are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project timelines and stakeholder requirements.
Design Review and Guidance
Conduct a thorough review of all available site survey data, design documentation, and construction constraints in order to develop comprehensive and engineered temporary works solutions. This process includes identifying potential risks, access limitations, and interface challenges to ensure designs are both practical and robust. Clear and practical installation guidance is then produced to support the safe, efficient, and compliant implementation of temporary works on site, ensuring alignment with current legislation, industry standards, and best practices. Ongoing support is also provided throughout the installation and dismantling phases to adapt to changing site conditions and maintain control of safety and programme requirements.
