Pier 2 Fuel Main Installation
In collaboration with key asset owners and Tier 1 contractors, NWCC successfully supported the installation of new fuel pipelines to service the reconfigured apron layout for Pier 2 operations. Our involvement encompassed the following key areas:

Northwest Crewe Package
2.6km new carriageway construction project incorporating seven roundabouts to enhance the road network around Leighton Hospital. The works involved earthworks, deep drainage installation, carriageway construction, statutory utility diversions, precast attenuation tank installation, operations within a registered landfill site, and complex phasing to accommodate hospital operational requirements. Our involvement encompassed the following key areas:
- Oversight of day-to-day site activities, ensuring progress and compliance with programme and specification.
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to project team members on construction techniques and requirements.
- Conducting site audits to verify works and documentation compliance.
- Liaising with designers to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Managing and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Supporting the commercial team in preparing and assessing compensation events.
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of the CL32 programme.
- Chairing and facilitating risk reduction meetings.
- Producing and monitoring three-week lookahead programmes.
